2. build a Caravel

The Elite Caravel is still missing its ropes as of update 158041. The unit’s destruction animation is also affected.

The icon includes the ropes, unlike the sprite.

As a side note, the ropes in the regular Caravel’s icon are jet-black like the background. Probably a mistake, too.
