Buff doesn’t show up in the UI, I also tested with my one of my friends and the damage is not reduced.

Which kind of ruins the whole purpose of the landmark? I would say it’s quite a big bug.
There is no reproduction step, as it’s as easy as placing the ####### as order of the dragon next to any building.
The bug is not present in HRE, we tested that as well.
