Issue:

The visual effect for empowered Egyptian buildings changes with the rotation of the building, when really this should be ignored. As a result, you end up with sun beams coming from various directions.

Repro Steps:

  1. Rotate and place buildings that can be affected by empowerment
  2. Empower said buildings or a monument within range
  3. Observe the results
