REPRODUCTION STEPS

^{Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:}

1. destroy an enemy town centre with farms around it
2. use your own villagers to build a TC in the place of old enemy TC
3. task villagers to work on enemy farms
4. Farms owndership will not change and villagers wont work on them

EXPECTED RESULT

^{villagers should be able to work on the enemy farms and farm ownership will change}
