Man-at-Arms train time reduced from 22 to 15 seconds
Vanguard Man-at-Arms armor increased from 2 to 3
Starting Wood increased from 150 to 200
Galley fire double amount of arrows
Major indirect buff of English:
Mangonel damage area -64%
Nerf of navel for other civs
City Hall basically means English is both one of the best aggressive and boom civ in this game. Since longbow train so fast and farming is cheap & safe, English could delay their age up time and boom without any risk.
Some civ like HRE already bad vs longbow rush before, and now just feel hopeless. (Of coz HRE is trash at land map right now too…)
