English network of citadels and arrow volley bonus is still wrong

Just tested it on longbows:

network of citadels
1.62->1.40->1.25

arrow volley:
1.62->0.62

yes it is wrong if the numbers you write is true for network of castles it needs to be 1,29 for %50 bonus it is 1.08 but at range attacks there is also a reload speed maybe there is a calculation we dont know (for arrow volley it should be 0.95)
