My friend plays English, and each game we have played vs English or French the computer climb his Stone Walls. It appears they are climbing up on top around the gate then down and up. Gate locked same thing.

Stone Wall gates has a front and a back. Both enemies and allies van climb up from the back. Take note of the direction that the arrow points when building the gate.
