Hello, I have an error that appears in a mission of the Titans campaign, an error appears from D3D12:

A D3D12 Error has occurred and the game is forced to terminate. Verify your graphics drivers are up to date.
HRESULT: 0x887a0005

I already tried updating the video driver, reinstalling the game and nothing.

Mine is crashing after 5-10 mins of play all the time. this is one of the messages that comes up on mine. Ive tried so much stuff to fix it and its still happening. Ive de-installed all drivers, done clean installs. Rolled back drivers, done RAM tests. Installed C++ files. List goes on. Very annoying to the point that i cant play.
