Error :S

Hey guys, I seem to have this problem. I bought this game. Wondering why they asked me to re-buy it!!!
Would be grateful for any help…thank you

Try signing out of all Microsoft Accounts in the Microsoft Store app and signing in again with the Microsoft Account which was used to purchase the game.


More important, I have the impression, is the Xbox app.

Xbox app should have the buyer account in its ‘account picker’ list.
