Ethopia vills gathering influence despite not on the monastry nearby.
Credits goes to Skadi on Aoe discord, i just digged deeper to clarify it.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Task vills on monastry on mine.
2. Task vill on nearby ressources (wood, field, berries, etc)
3. Vill gather influence and the ressource

Apparently, it don’t check if the vill still gather at the monastry.
But: Changing the gatherrate at monastry will cancel the exploit.
