Any time there has been a patch released for the last few years, and I come to play, I need to redownload 8GB. My friends only have small amounts to download.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Microsoft releases patch

  2. Steam tries to redownload 8GB

I expect a smaller patch size, my friends get tiny patches at times whereas I always have huge patches.
