As title suggests, there should be an option to add blessings using your earned pool. If it would cause balance issue, limit it to pve stomp mode only or allow only customed lobby to use them and affect all human players/enemies.

This sounds like a great idea, that from an outsider view should be easy to implement since the assests are already there. Also would incentivize the daily challenge and doing arena of the gods to unlock and upgrade the blessings to be able to play around in skirmish.
To be fair, i would also love to me able to toggle them on/off in multiplayer rooms, i mean if we can play with cheats in multiplayer, surely balance isnt really a concern in this situations and would enable another way casual players get to enjoy the game.
They should create a new game mode where you can use the god blessings and god map modifiers in skirmish so you can play with your friends. Also they should let a third player in arena of gods.
