Extremely fast drag speed in certain resolution

Issue:

When set in-game resolution 1/2 less than desktop resolution, the drag speed get extremely fast, and mouse is easily to get way out of screen.

This bug make it unable to drag and build the walls.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. choose a resolution half less than your desktop resolution. e.g. 540p for 1080p
  2. try to drag a wall

Yes, I use 4K screens and it’s really annoying when I build walls. I though all players have the same issues, now I know thats because of resolution setting. I hope this bug get fixed, or I have to will buy another 2K screen just to play AOE. lol.

Even if the game is set to the native resolution it still happens.

I tested the same thing with the original game with UPatch HD (1.1 - Release 4) installed, and this bug didn’t happen there… It would be nice if Microsoft could replicate the same behavior for the definitive edition.

This bug is still present in build 46777. At the moment I experienced this I was using a lower than default resolution according to my monitor type.
