I have just reinstalled the windows 10 and the game (AOE 3 DE), but when i clicked on it, it showed “failed to sync the data from the cloud” and i was forced and unable to play the game. Indeed I never allowed anything to store on the cloud, how come using the same account but things go wrong like that. I have no problem in AOE 2 DE or AOE 4.
