Chat should be added in the loading menu for team games, might as well start talking strategy while waiting for players to load.

the more features they add, the longer it takes to fix existing issues…
but i might as well add that, i rather have a 5-10 seconds countdown after map loads where all units cant be moved and then 3.2.1 go!
this way we can plan our start better… starts can be really chaotic for certain civs, some times u have a weird spawn while your opponent has ezpz spawn, not really fair without some planning for the one at disadvantage.

As a mongol main this would be helpful deciding on where to place the TC at the start.
