I think having so much technology at the university would be confusing. Even if you’re playing on a regular land map without a dock, clicking on the university and you see a lot of naval technology isn’t a good thing. Instead, clicking on the dock would open a new two-row grid next to the dock grid that displays the technologies. It would also be more convenient to keep track of the technology every time we visit a dock.

I agree. But removing the 2nd page of dock was one of the main priority for water rework.
