Hi,

I´m lost and stuck in a catch 22 moment.
How do yoy ship two factories from your homecity ?

I play as the British, revolting to South Africa.

I ship a factory from the homecity, and get 1/2 completed.

After i have revolted, it doesn´t let me ship another homecity.

Is the limit only one factory ?

Any help to complete this would be much appreciated.
