Final Countdown Achievement Not Triggering in any game modes

Issue:

The final countdown achievement is not triggering for me in any circumstances.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Play a campaign mission, multiplayer game, or single player game (including the DEFEND THE WONDER GAME MODE).
  2. Let the enemy player construct the wonder or start with a wonder ticking down.
  3. Let the timer reach BELOW 100 years…
  4. Destroy the wonder before the game ends.
  5. Watch as the achievement does not trigger as it should have according to others who have obtained the achievement.

It appears, that it might be necessary to wait until timer is below 10 (did developers really miss trailing 0 in achievement condition?).
