Final Static total Economic score is incorrect

Issue:

Final Static total Economic incorrect.
In the Economic detail page, I collected the most of all kinds resorces.
But in the Economic total page, the highest Economic score is another player.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Play the games with 3-4 players
  2. one player collect the most of all kinds resorces
  3. End of the game and check the scores
