"Fire with Fire" achievement bugged

Issue:

In Dracula mission 5, I had 12 bombard canons, 40 condottieri and 30 genoese crossbowmen co-existing and did not get the achievement.

Reproduction Steps:

Play this campaign.

Hey, I tried the workaround listed there but the achievement did not appear for me. Any other ideas?
