Hi all. The info boxes that pop up when I hover over something or select a building repeatedly flash on and off, pretty irritating and confuses my old brain. Not a steam purchase, directly from Microsoft store. I have uninstalled and re installed but no change. Also when I drag the cursor over a unit or group it is very stuttery. Any advice?
