Ottoman “Flight Archery” card does not increase attack speed as before.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a game with the Ottoman civilization, send the “Flight Archery” card from the deck in the 4th age.
  2. The attack speed of Azap and Ranged Cavalry will not change, it was changing before.

Ranged Cavalry’s rate of fire should have increased from 1.5.

it never has change attack speed, it only changed the firing animation

It just means firing animation is quicker. Typically archer type units have long setup animations where as units with gunpowder firearms aim their rifle/musket and fire instantly. This makes the arrow release fire at a similar rate to a skirm would fire a rifle. Very useful if you are chasing someones cavalry around.
