Flying scouts stop moving when auto-scouting after latest patch

Issue:

Flying scouts (pegasus, Odin’s ravens) tasked to auto-scout will get stuck at random places and not move for the rest of the match unless manually tasked to move to a new location.

Trigger Event:

Auto scouting. It will happen intermittently.

Repro Steps:

  1. Train flying scout (or in Odin’s case, wait until the ravens appear), set them to auto-scout.
  2. Easily reproducible following the above steps but the bug is intermittent. It happens more often than not.
  3. Started happening after patch 18.21333. Didn’t happen before.
