FORCE_RUNAWAY_ESCAPE_MOVE command breaks waypoints queue

:play_button: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

When launching the game with the command FORCE_RUNAWAY_ESCAPE_MOVE the waypoint queue breaks. If you attempt to shift click a path, it randomsly breaks the queue, making impossible to set a path correctly.
I was excited to use the command because runaway escape was a great a addition to the game, but this command at least is not correctly implemented.

Add FORCE_RUNAWAY_ESCAPE_MOVE to the command options to start the game.
Just play, the movement queue will be broken.

Movement queue working normally. Runaway behavior correctly applyed when right clicking not shift right clicking when entering a custom path.
