I think World’s Edge would handle that. FE should be primarily focus on DLCs for AoEIIDE and AoEIIIDE.

the last time I saw a post like this searching for people to be on the team, we got months later many of the dlc’s for aoe2 and 3.
they pretty much have a team to release something but probably more people would mean speeding the process or 1 more expansion or definitive edition in the oven
