UPDATE: Discovered that with approximately 40+ mods that are ALL disabled is causing the framerate issues. You would think that with a mod being disabled, it would NOT interface and would be detached from the game. Apparently, this is not the case.
Deleting all my mods in the mod folder fixed the framerate issues in the UI.
The framerate is fine in the UI menu when searching for a 4v4 game. The framerate then takes a drastic dive to 2-10 fps once a game is found during the UI transition animation and other players load into the lobby. The lobby menu when clicking the tabs in the upper right hand corner are not very responsive and laggy.
These were the mods that were marked is disabled but still causing the FPS issues in the lobby. This was taken from the warnings.log for reference. All these mods were disabled.
