Framerate Drop issue

win 10 pro
framerates drop from normal about 30fps down to 4 to 9fps.
the game is almost over and then the rates dropped.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. load the save file
  2. the issue is persistent, after reboot or restart the issue seems tobe with in the game

normal fps

Tried the above but nothing seems to work, its only happened after the most recent updates other than that it was working fine

every time i load this game the framerate is so low.
