Disable all mods if there are any enabled.
Quit the game and quit steam (Steam\Exit), or restart the PC, then launch again.
Wait on the main menu for a 30-60 sec as the connection to the server may need time to be established.
If there’s still no luck claiming the reward, you may have to join Multiplayer or single player Skirmish - even if it’s private and you resign right away, the game should still flag that you’ve contributed to the event.
Last resort: send me your user profile ID number in a direct message. The profile ID number is the title of the game folder here C:\Users\<YOURUSERNAME>\Games\Age of Empires 3 DE
It will be a long number like <00000000000000000>
Once we have that number, we’re able to look it up on the server and manually unlock the reward if we see the conditions have been met.
Hi! Thanks for the answer. As for the last point, I have a problem with the profile icons, I lost all of them that I gathered across the years since the game released when I changed my pc, and the team tried to help me but to no avail. I even sent a ticket and they couldn’t helped me. Could it be possible to restore my icons again providing that number? Is really discouraging ha being lost all that work, weekly rewards and the many many challenges I made for them.
