I played against a player with good multitasking skill, so I studied the replay with Free Camera off. Quite often he is able to move units without changing the screen. It is possible of course, just select units and move with minimap. However, there is a case a Shinto Priest picking up a relic without manual control, that obviously is a Free Camera bug.
In the video, at game time 17:35-17:41 (~2:00 of the video time), the screen is stayed still. But at 17:41, his Shinto Priest is able move to pick up a relic. Obviously, in that 6 seconds, he did move the screen (nothing else happening other than a raid in my base, and there is no reason for him to watch his army moving), but the Free Camera is not able to record the screen movement.
I don’t know, the guy doesn’t move the camera as quickly as I see many others do but I come here to comment that I went through this too, there was a player who I went to look at the replay and he had a great micro, however, in the replay there was a battle where the horses went after the archers and he was managing his city at that moment, not I remember if I reported it, I don’t think so because I don’t know if it could be any proof but I admit that I was left with this feeling as if he had something that manages the units automatically

I highly doubt “something that manages the units automatically” can be that advanced. However, I want to report this bug mainly because I need to disable Free Camera mode to verify if the opponent is a cheater, and if the Free Camera mode is not reliable, it causes problems for us to find evidence to report cheating, and that means helping cheaters to escape.
btw, look at the minimap from the beginning, his raid group at the west side of the map was standing still. he didn’t need to pan to that area to control that group of army to attack my base. This is technically possible, just use a control group, and A-move with minimap. I think normal players won’t do so, he could be a plat player with conq3 skills, or the Free Camera is bugged.
