This sentence is incomplete, I think it should be : Agit comme une écurie. Toutes vos écuries produisent des unités 20 % plus rapidement.

Same problem with the french version of HRE landmarks in french (cathedral regnitz , elzbach palace, swabian palace). the information about de 33% dmg reduction of regnitz cathédral is also missing in the french version.
