Freyr God Pack myth techs missing history files

Issue:

The mythological improvements for the gods in the Freyr God Pack have Compendium descriptions in the language strings, but they are missing history files in \game\data\strings\English\history\techs and so they are not accessible in the Compendium and do not show up under a unit’s applied upgrades.
