I really doubt it,just because the WE just ignore it on purpose.
It will come and very prob before the Chinese DLC for AOM RE, as both Polish and Danish were in the works long time before AOM RE .

According to the devs is be bringing Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition players another coming of Danes and polish’s second European dlc,but the dlc is Delayed of 2025
No work has been done except for the flags…so i guess i will be cancelled

The DLC has not been cancelled, and frankly this is a silly thread. I think most people understand the DLC will launch sometime next year.

My dream would be to be able to play PLC civ this Christmas. Of course, this is not a realistic scenario. Therefore, I hope that these DLC will premiere before the beginning of spring.

No, I think the DLC will be cancelled and we will be notified after the holidays.
Although there is something that strikes me as striking. During the event where they showed us the flags, they omitted the names, perhaps the developers had a plan B in case they couldn’t fulfill these civilizations.
Perhaps the flags could be for an independent civilization, perhaps for an Asian consulate or for some immigrant mechanic.
I clarify that this is pure conjecture based on nothing, but it would be interesting to propose alternatives to kill time.
