Issue:
Within the Friends modal, the collapsible categories Online Friends, Recently Played, and Steam Friends do not remain collapsed after the player minimizes them.
If the player collapses these sections and then:

starts a game mode,

or returns to the main menu,

or restarts the session,
the categories automatically expand again.
Other categories such as Friend Requests, Requests Sent, and Offline Friends correctly remain collapsed. Only Online Friends, Recently Played, and Steam Friends fail to preserve their collapsed state.
Repro Steps:
- Open the Friends modal from the main menu.
- Collapse Online Friends, Recently Played, and Steam Friends.
- Enter any game mode (e.g., Multiplayer, Campaign, Skirmish).
- Return to the main menu.
- Open the Friends modal again.
- Observe that the previously collapsed categories are now expanded.
