Issue:

In the first mission of the Barbarossa campaign, the achievement requires you not take any relics and DEFEAT all players. However, if the AI resigns (which they all do) you cannot get the achievement.

I have played the level twice now and I can only get the Cumans to be “defeated” all of the others resign when I kill their last building or unit and the achievement doesn’t pop.

EDIT:
In fact the achievment is just bugged. I have now painstakingly ensured every nation was defeated and didn’t resign and it still didn’t award the achievement.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Play the first level of the Barbarossa campaign
  2. Don’t pick up any relics and beat everyone

I tried this achievement twice and was unable to get it, it’s definitely bugged

Same here. Just finished the mission now and run into the same problem.
