The age of the rewarded civ crafter is behind us. Hell the guy maybe half a step ahead who was lucky to make something in AGE

Hell after decades of trying, crafting and being perhaps one of the games most dedicated civ wordsmiths my time might be coming to an end. An era is over and many of you dont even realize it existed

I may never make my mark on this game and I fear many of you hopefuls, who we are forced to see as competitors, may never shine either.

That said keep at it! They may never reward you like they did Cysion who got lucky to add 5 civs and then get his official.

To all my fellow old guard civ crafters, how goes it? Did you get any luck because programming isnt born in your blood because creativity was your area?

I get this sense that this topic will confuse many of you. Many will swy our ideas are worth less than the bytes of data used to type them out. To hades with those insulters!

I will keep this thread alive to keep your creativity encouraged even if Im not always a fan of the competition we are forced to see each other as while we yearn for the same simple goal. Dont you?

I may not fully understand the context of names and creators here, but I think the end goeal of anyone who was creating the new civ’s was not to force them into game. That must be very sweet cherry on top of that creative process, but the road there is actally the goal.
