Issue:
When an enemy is building or has finished building a Town Center (which is in fog of war), I can find it out by trying to place my own Town Center on top of the Settlement. When a Settlement is not being built, I can snap the Town Center on it just fine (image number 1). However, when a Settlement is being built or it is finished by an enemy, instead of snapping the Town Center on it, I can move the Village Center around it without snapping (image number 2), or it snaps on top of it as a Village Center (image number 3). When I first found out about this bug, it was a red colored Town Center instead, but I couldn’t replicate that one. Obviously once I scout these territories, I find out that the Settlements are indeed being built, or they are finished already (image number 4). This bug occurs in all game modes (standard, deathmatch, lighting), and in both map visibility types (standard and revealed).
This bug could be abused in PvP games quite heavily, because we don’t have to face check the Settlements to find out whether an enemy has built a Town Center or not.
Repro Steps:
You can replicate it in any game mode, even in PvP. When the enemy is building up a Town Center (and you have no direct vision over it, so it appears to you as a regular Settlement), just try to put your own Town Center on the same Settlement.
