Issue:The screen freezes and all units in the game stop responding, everything just gets stuck. However, I can still move my mouse and select units. I can even press ESC to open the menu and adjust settings like resolution, window mode, or hotkeys. Since I only play single-player, I don’t think it’s a network issue.

I don’t play multiplayer; I only play single-player matches against AI. However, I frequently encounter the issue shown in the video.

Settings: Low to Medium graphics, FPS capped at 60.
My specs should meet the minimum requirements. I’ve already contacted customer support and followed their advice: I updated my graphics drivers and even reinstalled the game, but the problem persists.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and successfully fixed it?
