This has only happened twice to me, but exact same circumstances both times.
When playing on Mongolian heights, 1v1 ranked game, I had vils garrisoned in a tower, upon clicking “F” to send them out, game instantly crashed.
Last time I was playing Abbassid, not sure about first time. Both cases it was early game, feudal age in first, dark age in second.
