Game crash in Ranked

My game crashed on start up of a ranked match in the loading screen.

21 ELO was pulled.
I’ve sent you all you need. (crash logs and warnings and such.)

I don’t mind if my game crashes on 1 out of 20 matchups … but getting ELO pulled for it sucks BIG time!!!

Appreciate the feedback @KingsmurfNL! I’m not even remotely in charge of ELO, but I can assure you that your complaint will be heard by the right people.
