### ▶ GAME INFORMATION 👇 _These details are CRITICAL; DO NOT skip them or your issue may not be reviewed._ - **GAME BUILD #:** 6421374 - **GAME PLATFORM:** Steam - **OPERATING SYSTEM:** Windows 10 ### ▶ ISSUE EXPERIENCED I played two ranked 4v4 TGs on April 7, 2021 and in both TGs the game crashed at different durations (one game in post imp and other in feudal)… when I try to watch the record of those games, it also crashes the game at the same time it crashed in real time. I understand the game crashes sometimes but why also during the recorded games of the crashed games? All the crashes were the same, everyones game froze and then forced closed to desktop. try post in the below thread to amplify our voices. there are like 5-6 out of sync or crashes threads so try to combine them and let them know to release a hotfox. theres already a preview patch that fix crashes and many oosync problem but its not being released as an official patch… without them being released we can’t even play with other players. I tested another PUP 46786 seems to have no crash as well [Steam Community :: Error](https://steamcommunity.com/app/813780/discussions/7/3074243590158578632/) when will we see this as a hotfix? I guess its been a week so its no longer a hotfix that means we wait till end of april? > [@46295 ver. I had 2 crashes one ranked and one casual. One time in the ranked , the game was still in lobby and I was about to type something and crash, i see my desktop. very frustrating.
