Whenever I launch the game from Steam, it shuts down even before entering the game.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

:backhand_index_pointing_down: ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the prob lem.

:play_button: GAME FILES (SAVE / RECORDING)

:backhand_index_pointing_down: Attach a SAVE GAME (.aoe2spgame) or GAME RECORDING (.aoe2record) of the match where you encountered the issue. Link it below if using an external file ser vice.

So I updated to the lastest patch today, and instantly it shuts down even before I get into the game.

Is there a fix or a fix for the problem on the way?

Make sure your game is on the exception list of your antivirus and disable Nvidia and Discord overlays.

I actually found out that anoher game was running in the background, so it was doing too much at once, but thanks for your reply :slight_smile:
