Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

The game crashes when I launch it. I launch the game on my PC. If I turn off the internet, the game works, but all my add-ons are not available. What kind of bugs does Microsoft have again?

Hi! Do you have a third party antivirus installed?

I don’t think the problem is related to antivirus software. I had a similar issue earlier this year. Microsoft released an update for Windows 11 that broke the game. It seems that the same thing is happening again. P.S. I’ve been playing the game for years without any issues with antivirus software. I’m using Kaspersky antivirus.
