Since the new patch i have had several crashes when acessing the Home City. At least twice or thrice per day.
The game usually crashes when acessing the HC card via the Main Menu. But it also crashed in game.

  • Less than 25% of the time / matches I play (RARELY)
  • 25% of the time / matches I play (SOMETIMES)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Acess the Home city button
  2. Sometimes the Game Just Crashes (It happened with Lakota, Sweden, Peru, Amsterdam)

I was hoping this was fixed with this weeks patch. I have experienced this many times too. This started with the March patch.

me sometimes crashes to the desktop when leaving the home city

Opened a deck, and game crashed.
It seems like it has started happening now, it happens sometime but is very annoying. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Just had a crash in a ranked game right when i clicked on a shipment.

ANOTHER crash in a ranked game. Same thing, right in home city So frustrating.

Hello @DAC1789 and others experiencing issues when viewing the HC. I just wanted to ask if any mods are enabled when these crashes occur? It’s possible a mod that has not been updated since the patch could be causing issues.

In my case i dont have any mods installed or enabled.

Also, albeit i dont have that crash since friday my brother who has a different account just experiemced it twice yesterday. Both times outside of play

None, no mods. Just the base game.

This crash started with the March patch, I did not have this issue prior. For me the crash has occured right when I click the home city and it is displayed.

No, not using any kind of mods. That has probably started from the latest update as i had no issues, even in beta. It crashed for me in-game after clicking on the card in the deck.

i also experienced some of the crashes and also have no mods enabled.

Very frustrating that only able to play the game for 2 or 3 minutes and it closes down and exits to the desktop. All the progress I made is wiped out and I have to start from the beginning again.

Game Platform: Steam
Operating System: Windows 10

Story Mode - Blood, Ice and Steel

No Mods Installed.

Computer is an HP NVIDIA GTX with 32 GB Ram. All drivers are updated and all updates for the computer are up to date. I can run any other game without issues. Only AoE III DE does this. Solution please.
