As i previously stated and thoroughly documented the nature of the issue in the linked support request ( https://support.ageofempires.com/hc/en-us/requests/3709 ) i’m still unable to start the game after months of trying and retrying the same old suggestions i got there and all around the internet facing no solution to my problem.

How is it possible that my game won’t start anymore? I’ve been scammed from AOE company?

Demand a refund, explainning they released an update that stopped the game from working for you. maybe then you will get SOME attention.
