Game crashes randomly on PC/Steam

Issue Description

Hello people, Im trying to play AOE4 on my PC through Steam but I keep getting random crashes. I’ve tried everything to fix this issue, but nothing helps.
While playing Age of Empires IV, the game crashes randomly. The screen freezes, the audio sometimes continues for a few seconds, and then the game closes without warning. This occurs every 15–60 minutes, and it can happen both in the main menu and during gameplay.

Yeah this is still happening
Also if the game has been downloaded from Xbox Windows App/Microsoft Store
What a shame!
