Game crashes to desktop / Multiplayer suspension bug?

Game crashes when i click “Multiplayer Suspension” or “Find Match” I don’t know why my account is suspended, i played normal games with friends and this seems like a bug/mistake.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start the game, click Multiplayer Suspension or Find Match
  2. Game will crash to desktop
  3. Nothing to do, game is broken, i didnt violate any rules had very normal games with my friends a day ago.

Was supposed to play games.

Unforunately i have been unable to reproduce this issue.
Could you verify integrity of game files? (right click aoe2de in steam lib, properties, local files, verify… )

Additionally if the verify does not fix the issue, also try disabling any mods.

The bug is gone. I did check the game files, they were all 100%. I think this bug occurred due to suspension which i still dont know why it was there in the first place. Now the game is functioning but it seems when ever there is a suspension players can be unable to click and find out why or que. Maybe try to re-produce it that way? Get a fake suspension like i got on my account and try to start the game and que ranked and see if it crashes.
