I’ve been experiencing serious issues with the game for some time now. Sometimes it falsely reports a lost connection, and other times it suddenly crashes to the desktop — with no error messages and no option to rejoin the match, which is automatically counted as a loss. Most recently, this happened in 4 out of 6 matches: twice after around 3–5 minutes, and twice after about 15 minutes.
I’m using Windows 11, but these issues never occurred before. Matches that end due to such crashes should not be ranked, as I’ve lost two ranks because of this, even though it wasn’t my fault.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue or provide guidance on how to resolve it.
