Game crashes to Desktop without warning

Issue:

Game crashes to desktop without warning and leaves no crash log.

It seems that GPU memory spikes just as the game crashes, I have attached a screenshot of said memory spike.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. It usually happens when i queue up a tech
