:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

Whenever I click on the player statistic button in the main menu, the window will show up but the game immediately freezes and then crashes.

:arrow_forward: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Click on the player stats button to the top right in the main menu, the game should freeze and then crash a few moments later, if not immediately.

I can play online and offline normally, but I hope this can be fixed.

I couldn’t reproduce this issue. Can you try verifying integrity of game files in Steam?

I did that, it says there were no missing files. But it stopped crashing after I did that, so I don’t know what’s going on.

But the problem is solved, so I guess this can be closed now. Thanks again!

There is a huge problem. I was kicking off the game twice in a day - after your Xboxs update, which I dont know what have to do with PC - so i get banned TWICE!!!. Once for 8 minutes, now for 30 minutes. Hole crap, dudes, are you serious? Fix this shit

Hi, I’m having the same issue for 3 or 4 months now. Game crashes when I press either stats button or profile picture button. I’ve sent a report with log files.

Do you have mods installed? If so, can you try disabling them?

I took some time and unchecked my mods. As embarrassing as it is, the cause of the crashes turned out to be “0xDB No UI Transitions 1.4”.

Sorry about that, I thought I did try the game without any mods.
