  • OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 11 with a Ryzen 5700X and Radeon 6800XT

Whenever I play a match, there is a 50% AoE4 will freeze. It is not the OS as the sounds from discord is still working, however it freeze everything. Can`t access ctrl+alt+del or anything.

50% of the time, sometime I can finish a game.

Happen randomly in games. I mainly play Rus but this happen with other civ as well.

Play normally

I re-installed my GPU driver.

I re-installed AoE4.

I delete my Documents/My Games/Age Of Empire4 folder

I stop sync Documents with OneDrive.

I am still having an issue. Please send help.
